Bolt-ons

These are billed up front, not added to your monthly fee.

Additional pages.

If you want us to design and build more than the initial 10 pages, we can do so for a small additional charge. Alternatively, you can wait until the site goes live and add as many new pages as you wish.

These are charged on a per-page basis:

Additional blog posts, formatted, optimised: £10–£15 per page

Additional pages, formatted and optimised: £20–£40 per page, depending on complexity.

Copywriting.

We’ll review your text content as part of the process, but if you need a hand with copywriting or editing, we can provide this service at an hourly rate.

Copywriting: £60 per hour

Branding & Logo design.

We generally work with small, established businesses, so your logo might just need a tweak to improve it. If you are considering a rebrand or a new logo as part of the project, we can provide cost estimates.

Basic logo update: From £240

New logo design: From £480

Online shop.

Typically, WooCommerce or Surecart for WordPress shops can take a lot of time to build, so whilst we can do it for you, we’d need to have an initial chat first.

WooCommerce: From £960

Booking systems.

There are plenty of purpose-built booking solutions we encourage clients to try before investing in a custom option, but if you need a booking system, we can deliver it.

Basic booking systems: From £480

Membership/login sections.

Again, these can get complex quickly, but we can provide a fixed cost to build this for you against a fixed spec.

Bespoke membership sections: From £480

CRM integrations (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.).

These are not overly complex integrations, and we generally charge around £120 + VAT to integrate your CRM with your website.

CRM integrations: From £160

API work.

Not often required for small business sites, but if you need your website to talk to another app you use, we can build a custom API to do this for you. Charges depend on the complexity of the requirement.

Custom API work: From £960

Advanced functionality.

We can make WordPress do anything you need, but we always advise clients not to invest in complex functionality until there is a proven need for it.

£POA

Monthly SEO work.

If you are serious about search, we can help your site surface with a monthly SEO package designed around your objectives.

Time-based SEO: From £240 per month

All prices are EX VAT and subject to sight of approved spec.

Need something a little different?

Not all websites are exactly 10 pages.

Smaller website?

Your current website might only be three or four pages – if that’s the case, let us know, and we’ll create a tailored plan for your small business website.

The point of a Webworhy project is that we’re building the right foundations on which your site can grow – it doesn’t matter if you just need a one-pager for now – we can put together something that works for you.

Larger website?

We also work on larger sites – we’ve built websites with 1000’s of pages of content, so if that’s your website, we can get a proposal together for your larger website.

We’ve got functionality covered too, so if your business website needs to perform complex functions, we can get all that sorted for you too.

What happens after the initial 12-month period?

The twelve-month subscription starts on the day we start working on the project.

Typically, we allow 2 to 3 weeks per project, so if everything goes as planned, your site will be live within this period.

When the initial 12-month contract comes to an end, you have several options:

  1. Switch to hosting only, which is £35 + VAT per month
  2. Switch to hosting and 20 minutes of support per month, which is £55 + VAT
  3. Move your site to your own hosting and cancel support – no charges

If you feel you need more support time, you can also switch to a 60- or 120-minute-per-month plan.

After the initial 12-month contact, the site is yours.

You are under no obligation to remain on our hosting or continue with support – we do not retain any ownership of the site, it’s yours to do with as you wish*.

*The only caveat here is that you may not clone the site for resale or distribution.

How long does it take?

The more organised everything is, the less time to live.

Planning

Week one

Getting everything together for your new site: content, images, sitemap, and wireframes. If we’re building your site based on your current site content and structure, it won’t take long, but we will suggest improvements as we go.

Design

Week two

Design concepts & development to approval. We do design research first to understand your branding and how your site should be designed to look professional and appropriate.

No design drama. People often obsess over website design, but we’re not designing for awards – we’re designing for conversions.

Build

Week three

Building your site to the approved designs. Everything we build is custom-built for your site, so you will get a website that is optimised for ranking and is super-easy to manage.

As we build out each page of your site, you’ll be able to provide quick feedback to approval.

Content

Week four

Adding all your content to the website. We’ll build all site pages, adding content blocks, text, images, and other files as required.

Once all the pages are built and the site is live, you can create new pages by one-click cloning existing pages and rewriting them. This makes it exceptionally easy to grow your website.

Optimisation

Week five

Optimising the entire site for conversions & SEO. We’ll take care of the meta titles and descriptions, on-page SEO, image optimisation and schema (if required).

This is one of the most important aspects of your website: your content gets you found in search, cited by AI, and converts visitors into leads.

Launch

Week six

Getting the new site live and post-live optimisation & checks. We take care of all of this – from migrating the site to the live server, post-live checks and additional optimisation. We’ll also update your DNS records.

We want your business to have a better website.

If you’d like to chat through the process, you can book a call below – I will be happy to answer any questions you might have. I am always conscious that small businesses often end up with unprofessional websites because they trusted the wrong team, so we can spend 30 minutes talking about how we’re a team you can work with.
