Dave reviews your site before the call so you’re not spending your 30 minutes watching someone look at it for the first time.

Design & first impressions

Does your site look professional? Does it represent your business well? Would a potential customer trust it within the first few seconds of landing on it?

First impressions online are formed in under half a second – we’ll tell you honestly what yours is saying.

Mobile performance

The majority of traffic to most small business websites now arrives on a mobile device. If your site looks poor or is hard to use on a phone, you’re losing potential customers before they’ve read a word.

We check how your site looks and performs on mobile and flag anything that needs attention.

Speed & technical basics

A slow site frustrates visitors and is penalised by Google. We check your page speed, your hosting setup and any obvious technical issues that could be dragging your site down.

Speed problems are often fixable – we’ll tell you what’s causing them and how serious they are.

SEO & findability

Are you visible in search at all? Are the basics in place – page titles, meta descriptions, headings, Google Search Console? We look at whether your site is set up to be found by the people you want to reach.

We’ll give you an honest view of where you stand in search and what the biggest quick wins would be.

By the end of the call you’ll know whether your site has issues worth fixing, how serious they are, and roughly what it would take to address them. If the problems are minor and fixable without rebuilding, we’ll tell you that. If your site has deeper issues that a rebuild would solve more effectively than a patch job, we’ll tell you that too.

We won’t fluff the feedback to make sure we get a sale. If your site is in decent shape and doesn’t need replacing right now, we’ll say so. If it does need work and we think a Webworthy project is a good fit for your business, we’ll explain why and what that would look like.
