Toast is a design agency based in Oxfordshire. We’ve been doing this creative shizzle since 1997, incorporated in 2002 and working on the web for over 27 years (we had our first website in ’97.

We’ve built sites by hand, developed our own content management systems, and eventually started working with WordPress over 15 years ago (when everyone else thought it was just a blogging platform).

As a full-service agency, we have a branding and design team, web developers, copywriters and other clever people in the studio.

We’re fiercely independent and have experienced year-on-year growth for over two decades.

We employ 14 awesome full-time staff, two amazing part-timers, a strategy bod and a bookkeeper.

Our team works a 4.5-day working week (on five days’ pay), all staff have WFH days, and we enjoy a good knee’s up quite frequently.

We’re paid-up members of The Design Business Association and working towards B Corporation status.

Everything we do is done in-house; there are no freelancers or zero-hours contracts, and we don’t offshore any work. If we can’t do it in-house, we don’t do it.
